In this post we will explain why our site fell a few days.
In these last two weeks we had a couple of days in which we received attacks constantly, because of this, we have decided to migrate from one service to another (CLoudfare - AWS SHIELD).
This migration allows us to mitigate these attacks and thus have less time to fall as we seek that you experience the best possible service.
If someone experiences an unjustified ban by our Firewall or WAF (Web application Firewall) please contact [email protected] to unblock the IP.
With nothing more to say I just wanted to explain this change, which for us is a headache less.

In this post we will talk about the second Google authentication factor implemented.
We have always listened to the request of our users, in this case, they asked us for a second authentication factor in order to have more security in their account and even more that we are experiencing attacks on our server.
For these reasons, the second authentication factor is already implemented in Bits2u.com (in all languages).
How do I activate it?
- To activate the second authentication factor, you must download the google application: Google Authenticator.
- Then, they should go to the security section in Bits2u.
- Once in the security section you must scan the QR code (with the google application) and accept the account registration.
- Then you must put the code on the page (Code Google 2FA) to be able to link it with your cell phone number.
If I perform all the steps correctly, you already have a second authentication factor.
From now on, every time you enter, you will ask for a code (which will appear in your cell phone application).
Common mistakes
-If you place the code correctly and on our website it will appear 'wrong google code', please google application enter the 3 dots at the top, then enter configuration, time correction for codes and Synchronize Now.

Why change the value of referrals and minimums required to appear on the list?
Over time bits2u made big mistakes, see the topic of PTC, PTP and votes.
We add one more to the list.
Why will we add them?
Our current algorithm is very exclusive when it comes to selecting who can be a candidate to be referred. The requirements are:

- Have registered without a referral link.
Our efforts to balance the price of the referral, the profits of the company and the profits of the user have been in vain so we are going to discuss the following changes.
Changes:
- Referrals now cost $ 10 ($ 30 -> $ 10)
